Chief Executive Officer since May 2019, Mrs. Nathalie Lassonde is also a member of the Board of Directors of Lassonde Industries Inc.

Now President of Lassonde Industries Inc. since December 2012 and Chief Operating Officer of Lassonde Industries Inc. since April 2009, Mr. Jean Gattuso was named President and Chief Executive Officer of A. Lassonde Inc. in May 2004 after having been President and General Manager of A. Lassonde Inc. since August 1998.

Executive Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer since March 2015, Mr. Guy Blanchette was named Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer on May 2007. He is a chartered accountant and a CMA.

Mr. Eric Gemme is Senior Vice President and member of the executive committee of Lassonde Industries Inc. He is also the Chief Financial Officer of its US subsidiary, Lassonde Pappas & Company Inc.

Caroline Lemoine is Chief Legal Officer and Secretary since 2006.
Prior to joining Lassonde in 2004, she practised business law with Miller Thomson LLP.
Ms. Lemoine holds a Bachelor of Civil Law (LL.B.) from the Université de Montréal and was called to the Quebec Bar in 1993.

Mathieu Simard is Chief Human Resources Officer at Lassonde Industries inc.
Before he joined Lassonde in 2008 as Human Resources Director, Mr. Simard has worked as a HR Counselor for Thomas & Betts, Multi Marques and SAG Ressources humaines.
Mr. Simard holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the School of Industrial Relations, University of Montreal.
